Why I Created This Journal
Hi, I’m Shauntel. I created this journal after having my third child, during a season when I desperately needed to reconnect with me. I wasn’t trying to “bounce back” or chase a number on the scale—I just wanted to feel good again. Mind, body, and spirit.I’m not a dieter. I don’t count calories. I just wanted to make more time to move, eat with intention, and check in with how I was actually feeling—without pressure or perfection. But I couldn’t find a wellness tool that supported all of that in one place.So I made one.Food. Fit. Feel. was born out of my own healing season. It gave me space to track what I was eating, how I was moving, and how it all connected to my emotional well-being. Now, it’s my offering to others who want to care for themselves in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and real.If you’re looking for a soft space to land each day—a way to reset, reflect, and grow—I made this for you.
